Super Greens Dip

This dip is great with pita chips or raw veggies, or you can even spread it on
a sandwich or on top of a burger.
Get creative!

Ingredients
  • 150g of avocado (approx. 1 1/2 large avocados)
  • A handful of baby spinach leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup of raw cashews
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined.

Notes
You can easily replace the cashews with macadamia or pine nuts, and it's just as delicious!
