Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh greens (spinach, baby kale)
  • 1 - 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango, peeled, fresh or frozen
  • 1 orange, peeled, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ freshly squeezed lime juice
  • lime wedges for glass rim
  • sea salt, for glass rim

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Add ice for a colder smoothie. Take juiced lime and rim the glass, then dip the rim in sea salt. Serve with a lime wedge.
